Welcome to Grimm Analytics! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grimm Analytics Google Sheets add-on ("Add-on"). By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not install or use the Add-on.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Add-on, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Add-on.

2. Description of the Add-on

The Add-on uses Google Sheets' onEdit and time-driven triggers to automatically modify spreadsheet values based on user-defined criteria and schedules. The Add-on aims to enhance your Google Sheets experience by automating repetitive tasks and improving data management.

3. Use of the Add-on

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Add-on. By using the Add-on, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-on in accordance with these Terms.

3.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Add-on for any unlawful purpose.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Add-on.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Add-on.

• Use the Add-on in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Add-on, other users' accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Add-on.

4. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Add-on is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Add-on, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

5. Modifications to the Add-on and Terms

5.1 Modifications to the Add-on

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Add-on.

5.2 Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Add-on or by other means. Your continued use of the Add-on after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Add-on at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Add-on will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Add-on is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Add-on.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Add-on.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brooklyn, New York, to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Add-on.
